Privacy Policy

Last updated: on publish. Take Flight Web, Durham Region, Ontario.

The short version

I'm a one-person shop. I collect the least amount of information I can, I don't sell it, and I only use it to talk to you and do the work you hired me for. That's the whole policy — the rest is detail.

What I collect

When you fill out a form or book a call, I collect what you give me: your name, business name, phone number, email, and whatever you write in your message.

If you email, call, or text me, I keep those messages so I can remember our conversation.

This site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. That data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

How I use it

To reply to you, book and prepare for our call, and deliver the work if you become a client.

To send you the occasional update that's directly relevant to your project. I won't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your information — ever.

I use a small number of trusted tools to run my business (for example, a scheduling tool for booking calls and an email service for delivering messages). Your information passes through those services only so I can do the work. I don't share it with anyone else.

How long I keep it

As long as we're working together, and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. If you'd like me to delete your information, just ask and I will.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to see what information I have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email me at hello@takeflightweb.com and I'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle information, I'll update this page. This version is a plain-language starting point and is marked for my own review.
